The reset

The Reset is a one-off clarity session designed to help you zoom out and take stock of where you’re at — ideal if you’re feeling stuck, at a crossroads, or simply want a fresh perspective on something specific. You’ll dive into a focused 60-minute conversation, then reconnect for a 30-minute check-in to see what’s shifted and what’s next.

  • 1. Complete a short pre-session survey
    This helps tailor the session to you before we even meet.

    2. 60-minute clarity call
    We start where you are, get grounded, and build from there — clarifying where you want to go and what’s getting in the way.

    3. Personalised Field Notes
    You’ll receive 4–6 tailored prompts or exercises to help you reflect, integrate, and keep momentum after the session.

    4. 30-minute follow-up check-in
    We reconnect to see what’s shifted, refine direction, and continue the momentum.

Over six weeks, you’ll slow down, zoom out, and learn sustainable tools and frameworks you can return to for the rest of your life. The Playbook immerses you in design thinking through personalised Field Notes, helping you break out of autopilot, reconnect with what matters, and design a life that holds up beyond the jersey.

  • 1. Complete a short pre-workshop survey
    This shapes the entire six-week journey around you — your context, your questions, and what you actually need right now.

    2. Work through 4 Life Design modules
    The Playbook is structured around four core modules:

    • Who Are You?

    • What’s Holding You Back?

    • Where Do You Want to Be?

    • How Are You Going to Get There?

    Each module builds on the last, helping you move from reflection to clarity to intentional action.

    3. Five 1:1 60-minute sessions
    You’ll have a total of five one-on-one calls — one at the start of each module, plus a final wrap-up session. We start where you are and progressively zoom out, unpacking identity, pressure, direction, and what matters most at each stage.

    4. Personalised Field Notes + online workbooks
    You’ll receive a bespoke mix of Field Notes tailored to each module, alongside free online Notion workbooks to capture reflections, insights, and ideas as you go.

    5. Final wrap-up session
    We reconnect to reflect on what’s shifted, consolidate learning, and make sure you leave with clarity, confidence, and tools you can return to long after the program ends.

The Pulse is a regular check-in designed to help you stay connected to what matters, and keep momentum without overthinking. Available only to athletes who’ve completed The Reset or The Playbook, The Pulse is about staying aligned, having accountability, and thinking clearly as life and sport evolve.

  • 1. You’re already in the ecosystem
    The Pulse is only available once you’ve completed The Reset or The Playbook.

    2. Set your rhythm
    Choose a cadence that fits your current season - weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Sessions are short, focused, and designed to support momentum without adding pressure.

    3. Real-time check-ins
    Each session starts with what’s real right now in sport, work, relationships, or life. No fixed agenda. Just an honest pulse check and space to think clearly.

    4. Accountability, perspective + resources
    The Pulse acts as a steady external reference point, helping you stay aligned, notice patterns, and keep moving forward. When useful, I’ll also share relevant tools or external resources to support what you’re working through.

6 week life design workshop

Six weeks to step off autopilot, zoom out, and properly design the life you’re building alongside your sport. It’s structured without being rigid, reflective without getting stuck in your head, and practical enough to actually change how you move through the world.

You’ll unpack identity, pressure, direction, and what’s next — using tools that meet you where you are and grow with you. No hype. No generic advice. Just clarity, confidence, and a plan that holds up long after the jersey comes off.

  • This module is about slowing down and reconnecting with who you are — beyond roles, results, and expectations. Before jumping to goals or plans, we take time to understand your baseline, what energises you, and what actually matters right now. Who Are You? builds the self-awareness needed to make aligned, sustainable decisions that feel true to you, not just impressive on paper.

  • This module is about identifying the internal patterns, fears, and stories that quietly shape your decisions. Instead of pushing harder or powering through, we slow down to understand what’s actually getting in the way — so you can respond with awareness rather than self-judgement. This work creates space for change that’s honest, sustainable, and self-led.

  • This module is about lifting your gaze and giving yourself permission to imagine what’s next — without pressure to have it all figured out.
